Tracy Rusiniak (Tracy)
Tracy began her yoga journey six years ago knowing almost nothing about yoga. She was instantly hooked after her first practice. She found the practice transforming her life in ways she never expected: increasing focus, energy, stamina, health, and overall positivity. She immediately realized the amazing health benefits yoga has for the body and mind. In 2014, she completed her 200-hour RYT yoga instructor Yoga Alliance certification through Nirvana Yoga Studio in Montville, New Jersey. As a teacher, Tracy sees yoga as not only a vehicle to introduce as many people as possible to the practice of yoga, but as a means to deepen her own practice through an understanding of, and commitment to, her students’ practice. Through yoga, she seeks to offer others that which she has found to be invaluable: peace in mind, body, and spirit, as well as the opportunity to lead a more balanced life. Tracy loves yoga because there are no shortcuts. It takes patience and dedication, but its benefits are exceedingly worthwhile.
