Allison Able (Allison)

Allison’s yoga journey began out of necessity after being plagued by injuries for years after her college athletics career ended.  It wasn’t until months after she started to see the value of yoga when all the old injuries began to disappear.  After years of strength and conditioning coaching, she switched her focus to teaching yoga to athletes of all ages to help them alleviate and prevent injuries to increase performance on the field and lengthen their playing careers.  Allison now teaches yoga to all ages and experience levels hoping they find for themselves all the value that yoga can offer.


As a former strength and conditioning coach and avid cross fitter, she likes bringing that energy and power to the mat.  She is 200hr RYT through Lifepower yoga and Johnny Kest.  She is also certified in Yoga for Sports Performance under the guidance of Denise Hatch.  Allison focuses on safely stabilizing the joints before finding the mobility in a pose.  She leads her classes through a fun dynamic vinyasa flow that challenges the mind and the body.
