Ana stepped into her first yoga class at a gym 13 years ago.Immediately falling in love with the practice, she left the gym for ayoga studio and has been practicing ever since. Eager to share herpassion for yoga Ana completed her 200 hour teacher training atDarling Yoga with Emily Darling and Christy Burnette in 2013. Anapractices mysore style ashtanga yoga daily, but has a love for a funvinyasa flow.   Ana believes that while yoga can have a transformative effect on the body, the real impact is felt on the mind and spirit. In her classes she strives to create a space where students can navigate their edge while maintaining a sense of playfulness. When she is not doing something yoga related Ana enjoys reading and music.
