Jen Mylett (Jen)


Jen Mylett has been practicing Yoga for 15 years. She received her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga Hawaii in Kaimuki. Jen walked into her first class on Maui 15 years ago without having prior knowledge of yoga. Intrigued by all the various shaped poses and shaking muscles and then “hook line and sinker” with her first ever savasana. She likes to joke that the reason she keeps practicing is trying to find that first savasana. Yoga has been a constant staple in Jen’s life every since.  Personally, yoga is a breathing tool Jen uses, on and off her mat, to help with the ups and downs that come with life. She also believes that the practice of yoga is a way to create ideal wellness in the body and mind.


Jen enjoys teaching a vigorous vinyasa flow practice while making it accessible to all levels. Her joy of yoga and years of practice experience come through in her teaching by making her classes lighthearted with optimal alignment. She considers herself a lifelong student in the practice of yoga.
