Rosemary Virgoni (Rose)

Rosemary found yoga, or really yoga found her after dancing for 20 years. She knew she needed more out of her workout routine. From dancing, to strength training and running, she felt like something was missing. She missed performing and being on stage and working out a gym just wasn’t enough for her. She wanted something more; a deeper drive, a connection to choosing and living a healthy lifestyle.

Rosemary received her RYT 200 hour certification through LifePower Yoga, directed by Johnny Kest. She completed her training in the fall of 2015 under the guidance and wisdom of Sue Park and Tung Bui. She is also certified in Yoga Sports Performance, under the direction of Denise Hatch. Rosemary focuses on alignment first, and then leads her class through a vinyasa flow where students can use their creativity to move from asana to asana. She likes to call it a “little dance” where breath and movement come together as one.

When Rosemary is not teaching and practicing yoga, she is teaching dance at Arthur Murray Dance Center, enjoying any and all water activities, hiking, and most importantly giving God all the glory! So, what are you waiting for? Come roll out your mat, sweat a little, smile a lot, and join Rosemary in class! Rosemary also offers private yoga sessions to individuals and small groups.
